Refund Cancellation Policy

Dear Student, Thank you for choosing Deep Vision for your training requirements We strive for your satisfaction at Deep Vision. Should you encounter any issues regarding class delivery, commitments made during admission, or any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@deep-vision-technology.com. We are committed to promptly addressing your concerns and finding a solution that meets your needs. While we aim to satisfy your expectations, if you still require a refund, it will be provided in accordance with our refund policy. This link was also provided to you on your fee receipt at the time of admission and every fees that you have paid to Deep Vision.

Refund Terms and Conditions

1. The Registration fees of Rs 1000/- is always inclusive of the total fees paid by the student at any point of time. Even if the student pays less fees at the registration time due to lack of funds then also the reg fees will be adjusted by Rs 1000/- on final Payment.

2. The Registration fees and GST is Non-Refundable in any case whatsoever.

3. The Fees is Refundable on only the below mentioned conditions.

4. The first two classes of any course will be considered as trial classes and if a student is not able to understand the lecture then he has to report to the program manager after the end of the second class. In this case the fee paid by the student will be refundable after deducting the GST and the Registration Charges of Rs 1000/-

5. For every other condition apart from the above condition the Fees once Paid is Non Refundable in any case whatsoever which may include cases such as transfer from one location to other, non-attending classes due to getting selected in some company, non-attending classes due to some exams, non-attending classes due to some medical/ family/personal or any other reasons whatsoever.

6. In the above cases the student will be given a membership card of one year wherein he/she can attend the course for up to one year from the date of fees payment which can be extended on special written permission by the management which shall be ensured by the student to collect from Deep Vision after coordination with the Program Manager.

7. The Fess Once paid by the student is Non Transferable on account of any other Admission referred by the Student or directly registered at Deep Vision.

8. After one year from the date of admission, Deep Vision shall not be held responsible for providing any services or refunds for the deposited fees, regardless of any delays in class commencement reported by the student. It is understood that one year is deemed sufficient time for the student to complete his or her course.

Policy for Trainer Leaving Midway

As per industry standards Act, no employee is legally bound to stay with one company indefinitely, and Deep Vision cannot compel an employee to remain in their position. If a trainer resigns during the course, Deep Vision will immediately arrange demo sessions with new trainers for the affected batches. Based on collective feedback (not individual feedback), a suitable trainer will be finalized, who will then take full responsibility for completing the course.

This is a normal organizational process applicable across all industries. In such cases, the duration of the course may be extended to accommodate the transition and ensure all topics are thoroughly covered. Refunds will not be provided, as the fees are paid to Deep Vision as an institution, not to an individual trainer. Deep Vision takes full responsibility for ensuring the course is completed in its entirety and strives to minimize disruptions. Students are encouraged to cooperate during this transitional phase to allow the company to provide the best possible learning experience.
